Dear app developers:
STOP ADDING STORIES TO SHIT
This irritates me to no goddamn end. I do not want vertical short-form video shoved in my face in every. app. I. use.
I wonder why every social media app decided they needed stories. It was cool and novel on Snapchat but then everyone decided they needed to copy Snapchat, lol.
Who the fuck uses that stuff?!? Especially on telegram?
So Signal has stories but I can’t figure out what it would be for.
Me either. This seems to be a feature that no one asked for.
According to signal that’s what everyone wanted and sms was a small fringe.
Seriously. They could add some other great features and they had to go with stories. I love Signal and use it but the addition of stories was a head scratcher.
I’m in the minority I suppose but I really love stories on Signal. I have a lot of friends/family on there and it’s a good way to keep in touch without having to force a notification or expect a response on their end. Maybe it’s a cultural thing too
