Block the individual bots. You’ll get rid of them in one go.
You get Google app store credit for doing very short surveys. I’ve bought a few things with it
Your problem is browsing Everything. There’s a lot of content on Lemmy that isn’t meta-posting - you just need to curate your own feed, like on Reddit.
Subscribe to some more casual places for a funner frontpage.

Obtainium has a setting just for issues like this.
Click on Infinity for Reddit in the app >click edit button bottom left > change Version Detection option to Use Release Date As Version
Worth noting it is not affiliated with the original dev. This guy forked it and took the name.

The last two (shitpost@lemmy.world, blahaj) are both very active.
hexbear (a leftist instance) was defederated recently. lemmygrad.ml is “under discussion”.
lemmy.ml has too many general users thesedays imo, it would be very major to block it.
