Just a random shower thought I had. Has it really been that long?
Then a month afterwards, we’ll be getting James Gunn’s “Superman: Legacy”!
That’s just saying “Batman Begins was released 18 years ago” with extra steps.
Ya, and the added value of OP writing that thought down is absolutely non existant
Ooh la la, somebodies gonna get laid in college.
Aka 18 years ago

In 2033 (just 10 years away) it will have been 41 years since I was born.
In 2033 I will have been dead for 11 years
that’s dark

I have a vivid memory of watching this film at the cinema, I enjoyed it so much. When lieutenant Gordon revealed the Joker playing card, I could’ve happily sat there and watched another two hours. Unfortunately, I had to wait a couple of years for the next film. 😁
And still no gun control legislation.
(I know Auroa was with TDK, just always comes to mind with “batman” and “theater”)

So
Wow, someone can do basic math!
We’re becoming old folks!
Batman begins (going to sleep earlier and at a regular time).
Time moves forward in this universe. Who knew?
For perspective, right now:
Batman: The Movie (West) 57 years ago
Batman (Burton) 34 years ago
Batman Begins (Nolan) 18 years ago
Batman v Superman (Snyder) 7 years ago
The Batman (Reeves) 1 year ago
I acknowledge only Nolan’s trilogy. But I don’t like comic book movies in general. This trilogy persuaded me that even comic book adaptations can be good.
Batman the Animated Series is the best Batman.
I wish you that but I am quite picky and don’t like animated stuff. 😇
To each his own.
In 2005 I was taking a job related class, and it was a big deal when the instructor used his laptop and the overhead projector to show us the trailer. Bunch of grownass people whooping like six year olds.
This was the last movie I remember needing to wait for it’s theatrical run to end before the DVD went on sale.
Well fuck you for making me feel old.
Damn, 20 years…
My back hurts
