Pretty much. Thankfully, the job I work at only does business inside the country it’s located I’m. If that ever changes, they will be providing us with the IP’s to whitelist them.

Not referring to the portal, I still have no idea why it exists. This is a recent leak of a new handheld.

Yes, it’s just a leak, but I hope it’s true.

I even saw an article yesterday indicating Sony is developing something as well. 2 years away, but still, I never thought they were going to try again after the psp and Vita failure (failure is subjective, I still love my psp). I fully believe the success of the steam deck has revived there interest in it as well.
Samsung bill pay which is a tdbank site and joss and main furniture credit payment site… didn’t think I had to list them to be taken seriously. Plus I am for Firefox, it’s all I have used for 15 years now.
I can think of 2 websites that didn’t work right over the past 10 Yeats. Both were credit card payment sites and just had weird issues like couldn’t hit the submit button. I figured it out and just used edge for them. I never found any site that I use often that has issues yet.
I still wonder what they are buying and from who. If it’s the ISP I kind of wonder what they still get from me since I don’t use their DNS servers and the ones I point to are setup for DoH for all traffic at home. I also use other stuff for added privacy. It doesn’t take a lot of effort, I hope more people start taking their networks seriously and setup some easy bare minimum precautions to help make it at least slightly harder to track you.
Thanks!
Site doesn’t work. Just sends me to a captcha page over and over…
That’s how I do it, except because I have all these AP’s I just set them up near the devices that will use it and plug them all into the AP’s and use the backhaul which is way more reliable. Phones and tablets are the only things that use the wifi and never really found an issue with speed or reliability since moving to mesh.
I can assure you I am not lying. I do use FSR or XeSS which helps a ton with performance and freesync enabled with my monitor. Cyberpunk 2077 is probably one of the most taxing games I play and use XeSS with that one and everything else set to max without Ray tracing of course and I get just under 60fps in most areas and over 60fps in buildings. I’ll attach a pic of the in game test it can perform.
I believe about $300 for an AMD RX480 (great card and still going strong). This time I had a bit more money and wanted something more powerful. I went with the AMD 7800 XT Nitro ($550) which I got on release day. Sure it’s not top of the line but it has played pretty much everything I throw at it with all settings set to max and still maintaining 60fps or above. I have an UW monitor with its max resolution being 5120x1440 which is what most games will play at and everything still plays fine. It’s almost crazy to me that this card would be considered mid range.
As someone who upgraded from a 2016 GPU to a 2023 one I was completely fine with this. Prices finally came down and I got the best card 2023 offered me, which may not have been impressive for this generation but was incredible from what I came from.
And this is why I wish we adopted GDPR more… if they are compliant, then they have to remove all data held when requested. Too bad the US will never care that much to respect individuals’ data like that.
Weird, the hate here for that feature is crazy! I remember recommending something similar to this as a feature to emby years ago, but instead, it would be a home screen category where it lists the most recently watched content of your other users. They said they liked it but, of course, never got around to doing anything with that.
I guess I am shocked that any kind of porn would be added to these kinds of libraries at all. As the admin of my emby library, I share it is strictly tv and movies. If I want to setup something local to use, then I have Kodi for that or just stream sites? Just the thought of adding that content and trying to keep it private sounds like too much stress.
Also, as the admin, I see everything my friends watch anyway, which I would assume is the same on plex? Sure, it’s not everyone knowing what everyone is watching, but someone still can see your activity.
The only thing I agree on is that the feature should have been added as disabled, but at least they are adding unique features. It’s probably getting harder trying to figure out what else to add or do these days.
Although I agree, it is also nice to stick around and see what severance is offered as well. I’ve had friends who got paid out and were able to find a new job within a month of being let go and we’re able to pocket the extra money as a bonus. I get that it’s not always the case, and who knows if you will be so lucky to even find a job.
It’s not the tech, it’s the implementation. I absolutely hate most of them, one in particular needs you to scan the item then place it in an area to check weight otherwise it barks at you and freezes you out until they come to check. The amount of times it doesn’t work right makes it the most frustrating system I ever used and actively avoid it but normally can’t since they almost never have a cashier.
I hate the place even more than i did and now try to plan to do the 20 minute drive to a place that doesn’t do this. Good job!
The only part I hate is that real people have and will lose their jobs due to 1 person that treats this entire situation like a kids game.
Normally, the odd times are because someone can’t work the weekend, which is crazy to me since I am someone who accepts all the worst go live times…
Although the more I think about it, would there really have been a fantastic day or time? Even weekends suck because it affects everything so even then it would have sucked plus if it did bring down companies those people are now doing work on the weekends as well. Idk if I disagree with a late time smack in the middle of the week date for this the more I think about it.
