I agree. I understand the rules and it makes sense to me. The people going through it don’t care. The husband going through this loss doesn’t care about other people needing his living donor liver, or there being better recipients. He would view it (I imagine) as “why should I donate when they didn’t help my wife?”
Maybe he should, but maybe he is thinking “Fuck them, we tried to participate in the system. We had a living donor to go. What? Oh you have a ‘better’ recipient? Well, guess who doesn’t want to donate to a system that failed my loved one.”
I would have loved this as a kid. Hell, I would love it now.

I’m just guessing, but they would know the serial numbers that got stolen. Let’s say 1230001-1231000. Out of those 1000 tickets, the company that makes the tickets, could look up what the big winners were. If there was something like win $10,000 then that would be easier to flag, because they don’t get cashed out at the gas station. If there was small winnings like $5-$10, I could see the scratcher company just writing those losses off.

3·2 months agoI never tried calling it like a pet, but I normally say “where is this damn thing?” And then find it shortly afterwards. I’m guessing speaking the object out loud let’s the object know you are looking for it. That way the object can show up and act like it was there the whole time.
A Roku stick is something you plug in a TV that has an OS you can use to connect to your wifi. You can then download different apps to launch different streaming services. This includes a Roku app/channel and also Netflix, max, Disney, Hulu, zues, prime, etc…
They also make fierce enemies, so watch out OP. The crow might hold a grudge if their friend died and they blame you.

SMB 3 was a big deal when it came out. Not only was the game a delight to play, but they had a whole ass movie where they “debuted” the game at the end of it. The whole movie was pretty much a long Nintendo commercial showing different games and the power glove and all. The end was a video game competition and SMB 3 was the surprise game. They even showed where to get the first warp whistle.
I liked that movie.
Some places drained out or paved over pools just to make sure those scary people would enjoy themselves too much.
