The tech bros are convincing stupid people it is real money though. Just like they always have, whether it’s this or something else.

“oh no, there’s girls showing their bodies on my gaming app, they’re taking viewers away from my 7 person stream!!!”
Republicans seem to throw their weight around all the time and never need this excuse. Dems have no teeth, they never have. They had 2 years of full control during Obama’s first term and couldn’t get anything done and let the GOP carve up Affordable Care just so they could take pretend it was bipartisan. The excuses just get old, I’ve been hearing them since they let bush steal the election
So he’s going to stay in his position way past when he reasonably should because of pride and not take advice from his friends and family to step down so he could transfer power to a worthy successor?
I mean, people are doing that. It’s just that it’d be a hell of a lot cheaper to program an AI to be creative than to pay actual creative people.
I’m not on here talking about the “change” I’m enacting by voting third party. I’m not pretending I’m doing anything except for voting for the candidate I believe in and I don’t really see why it’s such a controversial take on these boards.
Preach, brother.
I’ll exercise my right to vote for whoever I want. It’s honestly wild to have this argument with liberals every single year. The Dems don’t deserve my vote just because I don’t like the other guy and you aren’t going to shame me into voting for their guy.
It’s not wasted for me. I’ll vote for whoever I want. I don’t care if they don’t win, I understand the politics of this country, but I refuse to vote for someone I don’t agree with and who my values don’t align with. I’m not here to play a numbers game, that’s not for me to play, I just want to vote for the candidates best aligned with my views.
My initial reaction to this was that would be preferable to ads lmao
I honestly don’t see the problem. I’m not putting that little bread clip back on the bag once it’s off.
Everything can be pointless when it comes down to it. I never ever wore jewelry but when I got married we got really nice matching plain bands and now I never take it off and quite like how it looks, it’s not pointless to me.
Wait are you telling me the Democratic Republic of North Korea is neither Democratic or a Republic?? Like they’d just lie?
Dude!! I’ve done this!! I shaved my beard except for my mustache for my cousins wedding, no one started a conversation with “how’s work”. Everyone wanted to talk about the stache lmao
I think my version of hell is never ending small talk with distant relatives/acquaintances.
The emergency features are free, they want you to pay for in-car wifi. You also cannot cancel online and have to cancel with a rep over the phone. The service itself is fine, but dealerships requiring you to sign up “even if you aren’t going to use it” isn’t .
I got an email from OnStar the other day saying it contacted my bank and updated my card info because I had gotten an old card and hadn’t updated the info, I don’t pay for OnStar but the dealership MAKES you set it up even if you don’t use it.
How the fuck are they allowed to contact my bank and get information like that? Weirded my TF out to say the least.
Same, just cancelled today, as well. I don’t buy nearly enough stuff on Amazon anymore to justify the free shipping, the prime video app is fine enough, but if I have to pay more for HDR/surround, well the line has to be drawn somewhere.
