Like I said it was clear and smooth. I don’t expect 4k in a handheld. Portable is it’s own metric.

Kingmaker is fantastic. I’m not that big a fan of Rogue Trader though. I kinda hate the Imperium of Man, in 40K I am Ork only.
If you enjoy Owlcat then the Pillars and Tyranny from Obsidian are fantastic.
Hell yeah another Kingmaker/WOTR fan.
I think they were playing at a low res. 720p or maybe 480p. That said they didn’t even have stuttering. It was really impressive.
Mine is still on order haven’t got it yet.
I have never felt as much envy as seeing someone play BG3 on an 8 hr flight. That was what sold me.
To cap it off the SOB killed Scratch and the Owlbear Cub. That flight was actual torture for multiple reasons.
Idiot proofing just results in a better class of idiot.
Do you have a drivers license, clean driving record, and don’t use drugs. Then City Public Works or Garbage Collection both pay well, have low entry requirements, and provide on the job training for tons of equipment that translates well to a bevy of warehouse and construction positions if you decide to move on afterward.
If any of the three above are a problem though you might look into a Plumbing or HVAC apprenticeship. These tend to be more flexible on things like drivers licenses, driving record, and even criminal record. It’s basically on the job training for a couple of years until you pass your Journeyman exam. Some places start at min wage until you reach Journeyman, but depending on location (and need) it can be $15-17 starting and goes up to about $1000 per week once you get the Journeyman license. This applies to Electrical and Glaziers as well but they are also quite a bit more dangerous.
A NAS is good for movies or TV, but putting games on one is asking for trouble. Local Network Bandwith exists. LAN parties knew this back in the day.
I feel like the Deck is Steam’s biggest flex yet. PC Gaming in the palm of your hand.
Switch is almost a full gen behind and it’s the next best competitor.
Umm … no. Raid 0 is a hold over from an earlier era when some programs needed mulitiple drives to act as one. It has no redundancy. There is very limited use for Raid 0 with modern drive sizes and most of them are in research where gigs of data are generated with a 10s experiment. If a single drive goes down in Raid 0 the whole volume is lost.
The Raid setup you are describing is Raid 1 (full backup) or 5 (distributed backup). Raid 0 for gaming is worse JBOD. Though the faster read times might mater for HDDs.
Edit: Further reading of your system setup looks custom and amounts to manual Raid 1 over Raid 0+JBOD. It’s also extremely high maintenance. If it works good on you but you could offload your data temporarily and configure the majority of your drives into Raid 6 to drastically reduce your maintenance level and stability/parity.
I try to participate on the lemmy.world community but it’s pretty slow.
Hot and Scaled are my main sorts. I alternate a couple of times a day. They get me the most interesting content.
I only check the first 3 pages of Active twice per day.
Edit: New is once per week and I generally regret it.
Pathfinder_Kingmaker. I spent ages talking about builds and strategies on that reddit sub. I still miss guiding new players into the games. The BG3 community is the closest I’ve found but it doesn’t scratch quite the same itch due to 5e’s simplicity.
Pathfinder does have a few active communities but they are all for the tabletop. The one for the game on Lemmy.world is dead as a doornail.
Good on ya. Don’t BUY them.
All this has done is taught me not to BUY Ubisoft games.
Honestly sounds like they dodged a bullet. Tesla doesn’t sound like beneficial employment.
The plane had USB chargers in the arm rest, but not 120v unfortunately.
