How do you think it does that? Through proton.
The issue is not about how games might be able to run but about what you wrote in your comment.

36·5 months agoThere is no code in a running kernel written in Python, Perl or Ruby. Those languages are used in kernel’s source code tree in supporting tools, they aren’t kernel code.

16·5 months agoProbably the most egregious behaviour is declaring different terms and conditions for sales and pre-orders after a person has handed over their money, particularly changing the terms around refunds. Literal Vader “pray I do not alter it any further”. And illegal. Refunds in general have been a nightmare for customers with many making a complaint to the Attorney General of California which seems to have been the only way to get money back.

195·6 months agoI’ve always tried to make the most out of free tools, so I’ve used a lot of FOSS tools for game development before.
I take it you’ll be giving back to the community and releasing your game under a libre license then?
You tell us; you haven’t improved the basic stuff so you have the answer already in your own behaviour.
